Whats makes you a narcissist target?

Narcissist are attracted to individuals who demonstrate characteristics that they admire. You have to remember that relationships with these individuals are one sided, and narcissist are opportunist, so if you have a character trait that they can mimic or you are of a higher status and they think they will get ahead by being around you, then you are a target. If you are a good person then you will always attract these type of individuals since we cannot hide inside our homes for the rest of our lives, but you first need to find out why you attract so many of these characters. The reasons may be that you have low self esteem, are codependent, have a narcissistic parent and you are familiar with this type of person, you're an empath, or you have weak boundaries. In order to stop attracting narcissists you must develop firm boundaries, work on your confidence, educate yourself on narcissism so you can spot red flags, and avoid people who make low key sarcastic digs or anyone who demonstrates controlling behavior. These individuals are great at manipulation, and I will go over that in my next post, and what you can do to start training yourself to be able to see through it. My goal is to educate and bring light to this topic and other topics that are currently an issue in our society with my primary focus on narcissism, targeted individuals, and self love. As you begin to understand narcissism and what individuals are targets then you be able to avoid them over time.
